All spiritual teachers, our political leaders, the iconoclasts of tech and industry are failing in their capacity to truly lead the revolution we so desperately need if they are not, in whatever way they can, pointing us back toward, as Huxley put it, “this eternal Suchness” as being the pinnacle of experience. They are bastardizing themselves and wasting our time if they are selling us something else; a missing piece, a “higher” attainment, a better experience, a technology or practice that connects us with some other “This”, another planet, a virtual reality. This is the age of prolific distraction.
Existence manifests its totality within this experience. There’s only one experience and you’re having it. Don’t miss This looking for something else.
